The Cosmic Connect has a clear, concise, and fair return policy. If the following provisions are met, the customer is entitled to a complete refund and can request it within seven (7) days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return & exchange, you must meet the following requirements:
If a crystal or gemstone is proven synthetic by any approved or reputed gemological institute, the customer will receive a complete refund
Also, if the item delivered does not match the description on our website
If the item is damaged or not in good working order when it is delivered
Our Returns & Replacement Policy does not cover damages caused by neglect or improper use. We ensure that items are dispatched only after a thorough quality check and proper packaging on our end.
Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, etc., must be included with the item(s) in original, unused condition
All product return requests must be submitted within three (3) days of the delivery date. After three (3) days from delivery, no requests for returns will be processed.
The Cosmic Connect only sells natural gemstones that come with a certificate of authenticity. In any other case, we do not accept returns or refunds.
